Refund policy

Your product is not in conformity: we refund you and generate your return label within 24 hours.

Your product is not suitable for you:
- Items purchased from a particular seller are neither refundable nor exchangeable. However, we offer you the opportunity to re-sell your purchase, commission-free.
- Items purchased from The New Society are eligible for return at the buyer's expense (€7.99).
